Biography

Li Liqun, Chief Physician, Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery, the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University, completed training at the Plastic Surgery Hospital of Peking Union Medical College, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, and the First Military Medical University, and studied under top doctoral supervisors in plastic and aesthetic surgery in China. He has been engaged in frontline clinical work in medical aesthetics for nearly 20 years and has extensive knowledge and clinical experience in medical aesthetics. Clinically, he specializes in comprehensive rhinoplasty, including implant rhinoplasty and columellar lengthening. He has profound expertise in minimally invasive, natural-looking Korean-style double eyelid surgery; minimally invasive, three-dimensionally designed breast augmentation and immediate breast reconstruction after mastectomy; natural rhinoplasty; and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures such as botulinum toxin injection for facial slimming and wrinkle reduction and hyaluronic acid filler augmentation. As the first principal investigator, he is currently leading several provincial/ministerial and provincial-level research projects, has participated in multiple projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and has published more than 10 papers on medical aesthetics and adipose-derived stem cells in top-tier domestic and international journals.
